What you will do
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across projects in line with quality standards.
- Manage ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest for test execution and reporting.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation aligned with ISTQB practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects.
- Implement testing strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to increase coverage and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure testing activities meet client expectations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field.
- Strong expertise with ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest.
- Knowledge of ISTQB testing methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior testing role.
- Experience managing testing activities in complex environments and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Fluent English and French are required, along with an existing legal right to work in the European Union.
Nice to have
- ISTQB or related QA certifications.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
