Senior Test Lead (ALM, QC, Jira)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest to support test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation aligned with ISTQB best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve defects.
• Implement testing strategies that improve coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or a related field.
• Strong expertise with ALM, QC, Jira, and Yest.
• Knowledge of ISTQB testing methodologies and experience managing testing activities in complex environments.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior testing role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English and French are required, and candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or related QA framework certifications.
• Experience with automated testing tools.
