Sr. Software Implementation Engineer (Manufacturing Software)

Location: United States; remote role with extensive domestic and international travel, often 95% or greater. Willingness to relocate is a plus.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-site, and multi-server implementations of PanaCIM, iLNB, DGS, and integrated solutions.
• Provide technical authority for planning, configuration, and integration across software, network, and database layers.
• Lead technical audits, expert troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and regional escalation support.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable architectures and support strategic customer reviews and pre-sales consultations.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, CI/CD processes, automation, and standardized deployment templates.
• Mentor implementation engineers, oversee onboarding, and promote technical training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience and recognized industry leadership or certifications.
• 8+ years of software implementation experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/PostgreSQL, and enterprise networking.
• Hands-on experience with PanaCIM, iLNB, and DGS is required.
• CompTIA Linux+ and Network+ certifications are required.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for long periods, work in factory production environments, and travel extensively with flexible hours.
