Sr Implementation Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from Oregon, Washington, or the greater Northwest; approximately 25% travel required, with travel potentially reaching 100% on short notice. Weekend or after-hours work may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Organize and lead multiple technical implementations in healthcare environments.
• Lead network architecture, failover, and technical system design discussions with customer IT, MIS, biomedical, contractor, and trade teams.
• Install and configure hirify.global Care Communications and partner applications and systems according to established protocols.
• Provide Tier 3 support through the support organization and resolve complex network and server issues.
• Maintain system, network, and server documentation in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Oversee third-party contractors, provide training and direction, and contribute feedback to improve products, processes, and internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or at least 3 years of related server/network engineering experience.
• Advanced experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS, and networked systems, plus Linux server administration.
• Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP, IP routing, the OSI model, VLANs, and related network security issues.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals and experience delivering projects and leading small teams with diverse technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and experience configuring and debugging PC-based systems.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and authorization to work for any U.S. employer required. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCDP, CCNP, CWLS, or CWNA.
• Wireless certifications such as CWNE, CWNP, CWSP, AWLAT, MNAWS, MNAWP, or MNCE.
