Customer Service Management Trainee

Location: On-site at the California Branch, 4810 South Hellman Avenue, Ontario, CA 91762

Pay: $29–$34 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential

What you will do

• Complete a comprehensive hands-on training program covering customer service management.
• Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives.
• Set clear goals, evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Review department procedures and standards to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong record of customer-focused service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Prior leadership or management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site during a full-time second-shift schedule.
• Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
