Customer Support Representative (Industrial Components)

Location: Elizabethtown, NC, United States; onsite office environment with occasional walking to the manufacturing floor

Salary: $17.64–$32.74 per hour

What you will do

• Provide timely support to customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, delivery dates, warranties, services, and order status.
• Enter, review, and manage customer orders from receipt through shipment.
• Maintain customer records, reports, forms, and data in company systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve order holds, delivery problems, pricing issues, and customer requests.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer service procedures, practices, policies, and related regulations knowledge.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to learn new information quickly and follow established policies and procedures.
• Ability to work onsite in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, with shifts that may include overtime and weekends.

Nice to have

• First-line customer contact experience.
• Knowledge of Hengstler Dynapar products, marketing programs, or customer-specific requirements.
