Civil CAD Technician

Location: Remote within the United States (FL-Remote). Travel: none.

Salary: 60,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Execute assigned civil modeling tasks using Civil 3D and CAD.
• Develop plan, detail, and note sheet views from Civil 3D/CAD models.
• Track production schedules and review completed work for accuracy and completeness.
• Help develop internal drafting and modeling standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project team members.
• Participate in project and company-wide meetings covering coordination and technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with CAD/Civil 3D.
• Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining expected quality.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
