Draftsperson/Detailer

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Australian holidays apply.

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Prepare accurate, production-ready construction, precut, and assembly drawings from architectural and engineering plans.
• Produce cutting lists, timber sizing details, and specifications for factory production.
• Follow internal detailing procedures, standards, and instructions from the Head Detailer.
• Review drawings, identify inconsistencies, and propose solutions through the Team Leader.
• Coordinate internally with the Team Leader, factory, production, and estimating departments.
• Maintain organized documentation and proper use of CAD and ICT systems.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of drafting, detailing, or similar experience.
• Degree or certificate in drafting or architecture.
• Experience working in the Australian or New Zealand market is required.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and prepare shop drawings, cutting lists, and detailing documentation.
• Strong accuracy, organization, problem-solving, communication, independence, and ability to follow procedures and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with MiTek or Pryda.
