Project Architect

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with large project teams and subconsultants to ensure project requirements are met.
• Delegate tasks to project technicians and coordinate across all design disciplines.
• Assist project managers with client meetings, design team coordination, and construction administration.
• Perform architectural duties with minimal guidance while maintaining high quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6-10+ years of professional experience.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of New York State building codes.
• Strong technical design and construction document skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including MS Project.

Nice to have

• Registered Architect in the state of New York.
• Prior experience working with NYS OGS or other government agencies.
