Location: Remote/home-based in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €46,000–€67,100 gross annual base salary for Spain-based roles; additional bonuses, stock grants, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of hirify.global solutions.
• Advise medium and large enterprise customers as a technical trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate hirify.global product expertise and help customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and deliver packaged services that increase customer success and product adoption.
• Deliver webinars and other digital content for end users.
• Develop and update digital content that addresses specific customer challenges and follows Customer Technical Success quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent English and advanced French required.
• Expert production-environment knowledge of hirify.global Civil 3D and hirify.global AutoCAD required.
• 5–6 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global Construction Cloud, hirify.global Map 3D, or GIS.
