Project Architect

Project Architect (Architecture/AutoCAD/Revit): Leading architectural design and documentation for public, healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and municipal projects with an accent on technical design, planning, and multidisciplinary coordination. Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project design, planning, and technical documentation across multiple architectural markets.
• Coordinate large project teams, outside subconsultants, and other disciplines.
• Delegate work to project technicians and monitor completion of project deliverables.
• Support project managers with client meetings, design team meetings, and construction administration.
• Develop graphic presentations and construction documents using CAD tools.
• Work independently while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6–10+ years of architectural experience.
• Strong technical design, construction documentation, project design, and planning skills.
• Thorough knowledge of New York State building codes.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
• New York State registration and experience with NYS OGS or other government agencies are desirable but not required.
