Human Resources Manager

Location: Onsite in the Milwaukee or Chicago office, United States; regular travel between both offices at least twice per month and approximately 10% additional travel required.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with corporate leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and team effectiveness.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning while identifying talent risks and development opportunities.
• Guide leaders through employee relations matters, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Support recruiting strategies, selection decisions, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR programs, technology improvements, employment-law compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or Human Resources Manager role.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
• Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge of human resources laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR data tools; ability to work onsite in Milwaukee or Chicago and travel between the offices is required.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• SuccessFactors experience.
