Information Security Analyst III (Cybersecurity)

Location: De Soto, Kansas, United States; onsite. Up to 25% travel is required. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.

What you will do

• Lead execution across governance, risk management, incident response coordination, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and audit readiness.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance by coordinating control evidence, maintaining audit artifacts, and tracking corrective actions.
• Perform risk assessments across IT, OT, and business processes and develop mitigation recommendations.
• Coordinate end-to-end security incident response and provide technical escalation support for complex incidents.
• Develop security policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, and playbooks for consistent and auditable execution.
• Support security analytics and automation in platforms such as Palantir Foundry, including data integration and analytical workflow development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of information security or cybersecurity experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Ability to work independently across multiple security domains and deliver complex cross-functional outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide functional leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship without formal people-management responsibility.
• Onsite work in De Soto, Kansas and unrestricted U.S. work authorization are required.

Nice to have

• Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with P1/P2 incident response, manufacturing or OT environments, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and identity and access management tools.
• Experience developing process improvements, SOPs, or security playbooks.
