IT Security Manager (Manufacturing Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day information security operations across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Own the information security management system and support ISO 27001 compliance, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, security assessments, and control validations, then coordinate remediation.
• Investigate and manage security incidents, including containment, root cause analysis, and follow-up remediation.
• Embed security requirements into IT, OT, infrastructure, applications, manufacturing operations, and transformation projects.
• Manage vendors and auditors while mentoring and developing a team of security analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Business, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including enterprise security, manufacturing IT security, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with security operations, incident response, risk management, and technology program management.
• At least 3 years of experience building and managing vulnerability management programs from discovery through remediation and validation.
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, security analytics, SOAR concepts, NIST, SOX, PCI, and CMMC.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States without restriction is required; the role is onsite.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CISM, GSLC, GCED, GDSA, GDAT, CMMI, PMP, or ITIL certification.
• Experience working in multicultural environments and leading complex cross-functional teams.
