Cybersecurity Architect (OT)

Location: Bridgeton, Missouri / St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day per week remote

What you will do

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions across IT and manufacturing OT environments.
• Develop security architecture documentation, standards, policies, guidelines, and secure infrastructure designs.
• Evaluate and deploy security technologies including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, DLP, DSPM, and Zero Trust solutions.
• Lead incident response, forensic investigations, threat hunting, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, SOC 2, and other relevant frameworks and regulations.
• Lead IT projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong experience with manufacturing OT, including ICS/SCADA systems, PLC networks, industrial protocols, network segmentation, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and lead IT projects through successful delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting monthly metrics to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification.
• Experience with Modbus, OPC UA, and DNP3 industrial protocols.
