Senior Information Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite at the Corporate Office, 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027, United States

Target hiring range: $84,149.19–$105,186.49 annually, depending on experience and prior to eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Monitor, triage, investigate, and escalate security alerts across SIEM, Azure, Microsoft 365, endpoint, email, and network-security telemetry.
• Administer CrowdStrike Falcon and support endpoint threat detection, investigation, and response.
• Administer Rapid7 InsightVM and coordinate vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, validation, and reporting.
• Analyze email security and network traffic to identify suspicious activity, threats, and security exposures.
• Coordinate incident response, conduct threat assessments and security reviews, and recommend improvements.
• Lead or coordinate security projects and develop standard operating procedures, detections, configurations, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Onsite work at the Phoenix, Arizona corporate office is required.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is expected.
• 3–5 years of information technology experience, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, GLBA, FFIEC, and other financial compliance requirements.
• Experience leading or coordinating security projects, writing SOPs, and delivering security awareness training.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.
• Certifications such as CCFA, GCIH, or Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate.
• Familiarity with emerging AI security concepts.
