Growth Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; EST-based

Expected base salary: $135,000 USD annually, excluding annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build and amplify in-product viral loops and word-of-mouth distribution with design and engineering.
• Lead the AI onboarding experience for new Teamup customers.
• Own lifecycle email from signup through upgrade.
• Grow organic acquisition through SEO, GEO, and AEO.
• Improve information architecture and on-site conversion with design and content.
• Track signups, activation rate, and self-serve free-to-paid conversion while developing upmarket intent.

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth or lifecycle marketing experience at a product-led SaaS company.
• Demonstrated experience leading in-product viral loops and self-serve conversion initiatives.
• Hands-on SEO expertise and an understanding of AI-driven search.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, email platforms, light HTML/CSS, and AI tools.
• Experience partnering with design and engineering to ship growth work inside a product.
