What you will do

• Optimize acquisition across paid, organic, and influencer channels
• Experiment with new funnels, offers, and messaging to improve conversion
• Build and optimize lifecycle and email marketing systems
• Improve user onboarding, activation, and retention
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting systems using tools like PostHog
• Drive growth through SEO, GEO, and affiliate partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce and growth marketing
• Proven track record with product-led growth (PLG)
• Ability to operate independently in a lean startup environment
