Engineer Electrical and Instrumentation

Location: Kinderdijk, Netherlands

Gross monthly salary: €5,500–€6,600 for full-time employment, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Represent the electrical discipline within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management.
• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and electromechanical assemblies.
• Translate technical requirements into practical designs and deliverables while monitoring planning, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders and departments to ensure system integration and technical quality.
• Coach junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• Experience with EPLAN for electrical design is required.
• Experience with multidisciplinary project teams, stakeholder management, organization, and planning.
• Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens TeamCenter or similar.
• Ability to interpret 3D models for assemblies and layouts.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• AutoCAD experience with 2D/3D drafting.
• Experience with mechanical applications such as SolidWorks or Solid Edge.
• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Leadership potential and ambition to grow into a management role.
