Expected salary range: $113,409–$151,212 annually, including base salary and annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Manage technical service throughout the customer sales cycle in partnership with Sales.
• Develop technical proposals, agreements, catalyst performance evaluations, predictions, and projections.
• Plan and execute onsite catalyst services, including catalyst loading, startup support, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate customer operating conditions and recommend strategies to maximize catalyst performance and process efficiency.
• Build customer relationships and communicate application feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Technology Advisors, R&D, Production, Sales, and Product Management while developing technical guidelines, manuals, tools, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in chemical plant process engineering, catalyst technical service, or a similar technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills involving operating conditions, catalyst performance, and complex customer challenges.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship management, project planning, execution, and technical leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and travel, sometimes on short notice, to support customer and business needs.
