Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; relocation eligible; travel required 10% of the time

Salary: $163,000–$224,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes, technologies, products, and analytical instrumentation.
• Characterize complex hardware systems and validate film measurement techniques.
• Plan and execute process engineering experiments, collect and analyze data, and compile technical reports.
• Define methodologies and troubleshoot complex process engineering issues across multiple products.
• Engage with customers, vendors, suppliers, and R&D teams to resolve sophisticated engineering problems.
• Create technical documentation and train engineers on techniques and data interpretation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Experience with process engineering experiments, hardware characterization, data analysis, and technical documentation.
