SAP Data Migration Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$118,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, execute, and support large-scale data migration initiatives in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Manage the full migration lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
• Use SAP LTMC, SLT, LVM, and S/4HANA migration tools to migrate enterprise data from legacy systems.
• Partner with functional teams, business owners, and infrastructure stakeholders throughout migration projects.
• Support accurate, complete, compliant, and traceable migration outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of SAP data migration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP LTMC, S/4HANA migration tools, and SAP SLT replication scenarios.
• Working knowledge of SAP LVM, SAP master and transactional data structures, and enterprise SAP landscapes.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, documentation, SQL, and data analysis.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services or other ETL platforms.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-source data migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA database structures.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
