SAP Asset Lifecycle Management Consultant (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with 40% office work, 40% home working, and 20% flexible working. Working abroad may be possible in approved countries for up to 3 weeks per year with manager approval.

Gross annual salary: €60,000–€81,000, including FlexBudget and 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Provide advanced functional support for SAP S/4HANA EAM, PS, DMS, SAP Service and Asset Manager, and SAP Field Service Management.
• Diagnose complex incidents, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, and monitor system stability and performance.
• Coordinate software releases from planning and testing through validation, go-live, and post-release monitoring.
• Define test plans, execute or coordinate functional testing, and act as the quality gate for production changes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive structural improvements across SAP processes and integrations.
• Advise business stakeholders, IT colleagues, developers, and suppliers on functional design, optimisation, and improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of functional support experience in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM, PS, DMS, SAP Service and Asset Manager, and/or SAP Field Service Management.
• Experience with release coordination, functional testing, incident management, root-cause analysis, and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management, release and change management, quality assurance, compliance, authorisation frameworks, and SAP integrations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
