Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant – SAP S/4HANA CATS

Location: Warsaw, Poland; other possible locations include Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw. Hybrid work model with prioritized in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA CATS solutions for enterprise-wide time recording.
• Configure data entry and time recording profiles, employee-group scenarios, time categories, approval workflows, period controls, retro-entry permissions, corrections, and mass approvals.
• Integrate CATS with Project Systems, Plant Maintenance, Controlling, Materials Management, HR Time Management, Payroll, and SuccessFactors Time Off.
• Implement CATS data transfer programs, background jobs, SAP Fiori applications, offline and mobile time entry, and hybrid time-management landscapes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration guides, integration test plans, and end-user training materials; execute unit, string, and cross-module integration testing.
• Lead production cutover, opening-balance activities, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of SAP HCM / S/4HANA experience, including at least 4 years specializing in CATS configuration and cross-module integration.
• At least 3 full-lifecycle CATS implementations performed as a lead consultant.
• Experience integrating CATS with at least two of PS, PM, CO, HR Time Management, or MM.
• Experience activating and deploying S/4HANA CATS Fiori applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA migration projects involving CATS.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA certification in the HCM or Finance area.
