What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of complex clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention through strategic guidance.
• Partner with C-Suite and senior leaders as a trusted business advisor to align HR solutions with business goals.
• Advise clients on HR compliance, employee relations, and wage/hour regulations across all 50 states.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to recommend policies for organizational culture and staffing improvement.
• Facilitate client trainings and implement leadership development strategies throughout the business life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal support teams, including DE&I, Compensation, and Payroll, to deliver integrated services.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Brea, California.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of end-to-end HR operations experience with a focus on HR Generalist, HRBP, or Manager roles.
• Experience working with multi-state companies consisting of at least 500 employees.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
