Strategy & Business Operations Lead (Print)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work with regular collaboration on the Sydney campus

Canva is a design platform expanding its Print line of physical products, including postcards, packaging, and posters.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for expanding Print's geographic and SKU coverage.
• Own merchandising and strategic positioning for Print products, including how products are presented, described, and named.
• Develop and manage pricing strategy across the Print catalog.
• Define key performance metrics for SKU and geographic expansion and communicate performance insights.
• Build a repeatable launch engine to reduce manual work and accelerate market and SKU launches.
• Partner with Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, and Finance to turn strategy into execution.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, product, business operations, finance, or another analytical and strategic role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth company.
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills and a first-principles approach to ambiguous problems.
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with experience sizing opportunities, defining KPIs, and communicating performance.
• Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution and align stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Strong communication, fast learning, curiosity, and resourcefulness.
