Operations Analyst (Business Operations/SaaS): Maintaining and improving internal processes, workflows, and operational data across procurement, vendor management, cloud cost management, AI development, and knowledge management with an accent on data accuracy, process standardization, and operational efficiency. Focus on owning end-to-end workflows, optimizing internal tooling, and tracking milestones and risks across operational initiatives.

What you will do
- Maintain and improve internal processes and workflows supporting procurement, vendor management, cloud cost management, AI development, and knowledge management governance.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data across contracts, knowledge bases, cost and usage reports, and KPI tracking systems.
- Own end-to-end operational workflows and drive consistency and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to standardize repeatable processes and improve efficiency across teams.
- Optimize internal platforms and tooling to reduce manual work.
- Support operational project management by tracking milestones, risks, and workstream status.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, data, or a related analytical role.
- Clear communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical, structured mindset.
- Project management instincts and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Ability to follow through while maintaining data and process quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with procurement or vendor management, including contract lifecycle and sourcing tools.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications.
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Guru, OpenAI, or Claude.
