Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations - Dasher & Logistics

What you will do

• Shape Dasher marketplace strategy across delivery quality, fleet health, onboarding, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Own dashboards, performance metrics, and the weekly operating cadence.
• Analyze operational and quality data, identify root causes, and develop action plans.
• Design and execute experiments and cross-functional projects from problem definition through impact measurement.
• Build analytical models with Excel and SQL to evaluate performance, trade-offs, and program economics.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Policy, Fraud, and Communications stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Banking, Technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex goals into actionable plans.
• Experience using data to support decisions and familiarity with Excel and SQL.
• Self-starter mindset, ownership of outcomes, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work from Melbourne or Sydney, Australia.
