Client Consulting Analyst (Service / Customer Experience Design) (Fintech)

TL;DR

Client Consulting Analyst (CX/Fintech): Supporting consulting engagements for payment card businesses to enable portfolio growth and improve profitability with an accent on customer experience design, customer journey mapping, and visual designs. Focus on translating business goals into service recommendations and creating detailed storyboards and mockups.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Support consulting engagements to grow client portfolios and improve payment card business profitability.
• Conduct industry research and identify global best practices to distill insights for client problems.
• Create customer journey maps, visual designs, storyboards, and mockups to translate business goals into product recommendations.
• Prepare project materials, including interview guides, data requirements, and frameworks.
• Develop compelling presentations to illustrate findings and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional work experience with a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree.
• Knowledge of design thinking, human-centered design (HCD), and strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Adobe products.
• Strong foundation in UX/UI principles and process flow mapping.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data to drive strategy and tactics.
