Client Servicing Development Associate (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Complete foundational and functional training in wealth management concepts and client account servicing.
• Transition from training to overflow support based on business volume and client needs.
• Execute client account servicing activities accurately and within required time frames.
• Use business applications and online tools to manage client and account requests.
• Review and maintain client records, ensuring required documentation is collected and imaged.
• Follow corporate and business procedures, communicate with partners, and escalate issues to management.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and learning agility when adapting to changing business conditions, technologies, applications, and assignments.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and workflows while following required procedures.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• A post-secondary degree is preferred; prior financial services experience is not required.
