Product Manager - Office Print Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Washington, United States of America. Relocation is available, and the role includes approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $105,050–$161,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered office print products and features.
• Lead discovery, ideation, validation, development, launch, and iteration of AI solutions that address customer problems and create business value.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI products across print hardware, software, workflows, and solutions.
• Manage the AI product lifecycle, including problem definition, data acquisition, model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics, using data and customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Promote AI best practices across the organization and mentor other product managers in the AI domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field, including experience with AI, machine learning, or data science.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, data engineering, data modeling, data quality, data governance, visualization, and analysis.
• Experience formulating and testing hypotheses, designing experiments, and validating assumptions with data and user feedback.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, storytelling, leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, and mentoring skills.

• Previous experience in the print industry or related domains.
