Product Manager, AI Solutions

Location: Wood Dale, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Discover high-value business problems through observation and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate expert knowledge into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define MVPs and prioritize a portfolio of AI opportunities.
• Lead build-versus-buy evaluations and develop business cases.
• Partner with engineering throughout solution delivery.
• Define success metrics, measure realized value, and drive stakeholder adoption and organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Experience owning products or AI features from problem definition through launch.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of modern AI technologies and applications, with exposure to analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
