GM Accelerated Trainee

Location: Cincinnati, OH, USA; willingness to relocate for post-program placement is required.

Salary: $99,800–$137,300 per year, plus a 20% annual incentive plan target.

What you will do

• Complete rotational assignments across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Analyze sales, gross profit, inventory, and other business performance metrics to support decisions.
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing team members.
• Complete leadership workshops, formal training, and project-based learning.
• Build relationships with community, government, and environmental stakeholders while upholding safety, compliance, and ethical practices.

Requirements

• MBA completed or expected within 12 months.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational knowledge of business finance, operations, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to relocate for placement after the program and work across business units in the area.
