GMP Manager

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts, United States. Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Some travel may be required.

Salary: $72,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct facilities program operations, contractual responsibilities, and customer service delivery.
• Develop service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and supervise support staff.
• Inspect facilities and evaluate safety, quality, service compliance, space, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage budgets, estimates, contracts, proposals, schedules, and program improvement plans.
• Coordinate with customers, employees, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead meetings, maintain contractor databases, address HR concerns, and ensure employee training.

Requirements

• A.A. degree with 2+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, problem-solving, planning, time management, project management, presentation, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment upkeep, cleaning compounds, chemicals, and safe operating practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Completion of required safety and task training certifications.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and respond effectively to customer, regulatory, and business inquiries.

Nice to have

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license, where required.
• Forklift certification, where required.
• Bilingual communication skills.
