Area Supervisor

Location: Sacramento, California, United States; travel required

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality, maintenance, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and implement production plans according to approved schedules.
• Monitor ongoing work, resolve operational issues, and respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Interview, hire, assign, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees and subcontractors.
• Implement site policies, correction plans, performance evaluation processes, and behavioral standards.
• Maintain attendance and leave records and coordinate uniform distribution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least two years of related experience and industry knowledge.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Knowledge of asset management, maintenance techniques, employee supervision, and subcontractor management.
• Strong computer, communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
