Area Supervisor

Location: Sacramento, CA; the role requires travel

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites and monitor work quality, maintenance, safety, and schedules.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and implement production plans and site procedures.
• Respond to customer questions, identify operational problems, and implement solutions.
• Interview, hire, train, assign, coach, evaluate, and discipline employees.
• Manage attendance records, leave reports, uniforms, performance standards, and plans of correction.
• Ensure employees and subcontractors follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and industry knowledge.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills are required.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage employees and subcontractors, with strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds is required.
