What you will do

• Lead the Leadership & Capability Training and AI Engagement & Design functions, aligning priorities, resources, and investments with commercial objectives.
• Establish capability and innovation roadmaps covering leadership development, coaching, capability building, and enablement solutions.
• Guide AI-enabled tools, digital learning solutions, and emerging technologies that improve learning, coaching, and field effectiveness.
• Partner with Commercial Leadership, Human Resources, Analytics, Digital, Operations, Market Access, and Technology stakeholders.
• Define metrics for leadership capabilities, coaching effectiveness, innovation adoption, and organizational readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop directors, managers, and senior professionals while driving succession planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in business, organizational development, learning and development, leadership, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial training, leadership development, sales enablement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, or field force effectiveness within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success leading leadership development, coaching, and capability-building organizations and managing leaders, managers, and specialized individual contributors.
• Experience setting strategic direction and executing through teams in a matrixed environment, including partnership with senior commercial leaders.
• Experience overseeing innovation initiatives involving AI-enabled learning, coaching technologies, digital enablement, or advanced analytics.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development, coaching excellence, adult learning, organizational capability development, stakeholder influence, analytics, communication, and change leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a large U.S. commercial field organization.
• Experience building leadership curricula, coaching frameworks, and capability models across multiple leadership levels.
• Certification or formal training in leadership development, coaching, organizational development, or change management.
• Experience in specialty pharmaceutical, oncology, immunology, or rare disease commercial organizations.
