What you will do

• Lead global Talent Development operations, overseeing onboarding, leadership development, and learning experience design.
• Translate enterprise priorities into integrated execution plans and manage governance and resource allocation.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working and AI-native literacy across the organization.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of learning infrastructure, including LMS and LXP platforms.
• Establish performance metrics and data-driven frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in talent, organizational, or leadership development.
• Proven experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams within complex, matrixed global technology organizations.
• Expertise in learning technologies, instructional design, and AI-enabled skill development.
• Strong background in operational excellence, program management, and large-scale implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience managing modern learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, content authoring tools).
• Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies and group dynamics frameworks.
• Experience working within technology, software, or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of skills intelligence platforms and generative AI tools.
