Senior Director, Senior Leadership Development (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Bridgewater, New Jersey office, with remote work most of the time and in-person collaboration when needed. Occasional domestic travel of approximately 10% is required.

Salary: $214,000–$292,000 annual

What you will do

• Design, own, and continuously improve the global senior leadership learning curriculum.
• Develop and deliver executive development initiatives using instructor-led, eLearning, social learning, and the 70:20:10 model.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders on succession planning, multi-year bench-strength roadmaps, and individualized readiness plans.
• Create and lead a senior leadership mentoring program, including mentor matching and outcome tracking.
• Build and facilitate development programs for cross-functional program leaders and emerging leaders.
• Manage external development partners, executive coaching vendors, onboarding programs, and Leadership Summit content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related HR disciplines, including 3–5 years focused on executive-level development.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry is required.
• Experience with succession planning frameworks, leadership assessments, development planning, vendor management, and global cross-functional learning programs.
• Strong executive presence, facilitation, consulting, collaboration, confidentiality, and program management skills.
• Highly proficient in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and other learning and content development tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Executive coaching experience and/or certification.
