Director, HRBP - Consumer Group (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the San Diego, California office

Base pay: $240,000–$324,500 annually in San Diego, plus eligibility for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape talent strategy and organizational priorities with the Consumer Group's senior executive team.
• Coach senior executives and help unlock leadership potential in an AI-native operating environment.
• Build high-performing executive teams and organizations through team effectiveness, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with leaders and talent acquisition on senior hiring, development, and retention.
• Drive AI-powered work, strategic workforce planning, career growth, mobility, executive development, and manager training.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and people data to develop insights and guide actions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience partnering directly with executives on business results.
• Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial performance and translate strategy into talent and organizational decisions.
• Strong AI fluency and an experimentation mindset for improving HR work.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading transformational change and making data-led decisions across engagement, mobility, and retention.
• End-to-end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and/or workforce planning, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
