Salary: $244,500–$330,500 base pay, plus eligible cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Shape the Consumer Group’s talent strategy and organizational priorities in partnership with senior executives.
• Coach and advise the senior executive team through leadership, performance, and organizational challenges.
• Build high-performing executive teams and organizations through team effectiveness, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with talent acquisition and business leaders to attract, develop, and retain senior talent with AI-first expectations.
• Lead AI-powered work, strategic workforce planning, career growth, mobility, executive development, manager training, and total rewards initiatives.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and people data to generate insights and guide decisions on engagement, mobility, and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience partnering directly with executives on business results.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial performance and business strategy.
• Strong AI fluency and an experimentation mindset for improving HR work and team effectiveness.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience leading transformational change and developing change capabilities in others.
• End-to-end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning, with demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
