What you will do

• Translate business strategy into integrated workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent plans with measurable outcomes.
• Advise senior and executive leaders on organizational design and the integration of people, AI, and technology.
• Lead strategic talent planning across HR, Technology, and business functions.
• Build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness through insights, tools, and practical practices.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives to improve productivity and support future growth.
• Use workforce insights, business data, AI capabilities, and external trends to evaluate progress and improve business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven success translating business strategy into leadership, talent, workforce, and organizational plans.
• Strong business acumen and judgment, with the ability to assess complex workforce and organizational challenges.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience shaping workforce, talent, leadership, and organizational strategies and leading organizational change.
• Strong relationship-building skills, adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to applying emerging technologies.
