Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Melbourne or Brisbane, Australia; travel may be required for customer implementations, workshops, and onsite engagements.

What you will do

• Deliver the onboarding strategy for new Realtair customers and accelerate time-to-value.
• Define success measures, implementation milestones, and desired business outcomes with customers.
• Lead implementations from Sales handover through onboarding and transition to Customer Success.
• Run discovery, kick-off, onboarding, and enablement sessions virtually and in person.
• Guide platform configuration, workflow design, and adoption of best practices.
• Monitor progress, remove blockers, manage documentation, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, project management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience leading customer implementations and delivering successful onboarding outcomes.
• Strong change management, communication, facilitation, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations, identify risks using customer insights and data, and work autonomously.
• Experience in SaaS, PropTech, technology, or real estate is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel for customer implementations, workshops, and onsite customer engagements where required.
