Senior Manager, Professional Services

Location: Remote in the United States, San Jose, Costa Rica, or Australian Capital Territory, Australia

Starting base pay: $101,900–$132,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Professional Services associates.
• Manage utilization, productivity, revenue, gross margin, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
• Monitor project health, delivery quality, scope, timelines, budgets, and adherence to Professional Services methodologies.
• Support complex customer engagements, project escalations, estimates, and scoping in partnership with Sales and Business Development.
• Collaborate with consulting, technical, conversion, development, and organizational leadership teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Drive operational improvements, scalable delivery practices, employee development, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance management, employee development, talent planning, and performance reviews.
• Experience leading implementation, consulting, Professional Services, customer success, or customer delivery teams.
• Experience managing utilization, capacity planning, resource forecasting, revenue, or service delivery performance metrics.
• Ability to lead teams, balance competing priorities, and influence multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing Professional Services, implementation, consulting, or customer success organizations.
• Experience with ERP, financial management, accounting, or SaaS software implementations.
• Knowledge of Financial Edge NXT, nonprofit financial operations, fund accounting, or comparable enterprise financial software.
• Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, operational performance management, customer escalations, and executive stakeholder relationships.
