Staff DevSecOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, architecture, and operation of the software factory and internal developer platform.
• Build reusable CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code modules, developer tooling, and self-service engineering capabilities.
• Embed automated scanning, policy enforcement, vulnerability management, secrets management, and continuous compliance into delivery pipelines.
• Manage release engineering, dependency governance, software supply-chain security, and hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure consistency.
• Develop agentic automation and AI-enabled workflows for pipeline operations, dependency management, releases, and operational support.
• Provide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Architecture, SRE, Cloud Operations, and Product Development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of production engineering experience, including recent hands-on ownership of enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms, Infrastructure as Code, and production automation.
• Proven experience embedding security into software delivery through automated scanning, policy enforcement, vulnerability management, and continuous compliance.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, with experience creating reusable tooling for complex operational processes.
• Expertise in software supply-chain security, including artifact signing, SBOMs, provenance, and SLSA principles.
• Experience designing internal developer platforms, self-service capabilities, release management processes, and expedited production releases.
• Hands-on experience with agentic automation, AI or LLM security, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
