What you will do

• Manage production operations for CodeQL-powered analysis across hirify.global.com and GHES environments.
• Develop and maintain internal CI pipelines and automation frameworks to support CodeQL and AI engineers.
• Improve offline evaluation tools to shorten iteration loops and reduce release risk.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver features with a focus on quality and user experience.
• Engage with enterprise customers and the open-source community to support product success.
• Influence organizational culture and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, TypeScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• 3+ years of experience in software security, DevOps, CI solutions, or orchestration frameworks like Temporal.io.
• Experience building developer tools, release automation, or CLI tools.
• Experience with machine learning and AI applied to source code analysis is a strong plus.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
