Senior DevSecOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote for Europe-based candidates in Poland, Czechia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Romania, or France; potential future hybrid work in Prague

What you will do

• Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for production AI applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable tools.
• Manage containerized workloads and Kubernetes environments, including AKS and EKS.
• Configure cloud permissions, identity controls, secure network boundaries, monitoring, alerting, and logging.
• Improve platform availability, reliability, and operational resilience across development, testing, and production.
• Collaborate with enterprise security teams on penetration testing, remediation, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional DevOps, DevSecOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of cloud security controls, IAM, networking, and permissions.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing security scanning, vulnerability management, or compliance controls in delivery pipelines.
• Fluent professional English required; strong AWS experience highly preferred.
