Salary: $92,500 - $120,000

What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
• Conduct thorough project assessments and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Mentor and guide junior project management staff, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Seven (7) plus years of experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
