What you will do

• Design and ship product capabilities end to end, from ambiguous requirements through production.
• Build capabilities on the inference serving stack, including routing, model controls, and observability.
• Develop tooling for LLM fine-tuning and post-training, including data pipelines and evaluation workflows.
• Translate EMEA-specific requirements into product capabilities and coordinate with the core platform team.
• Set the engineering quality bar for the regional team through production-quality reference code.
• Use coding agents and AI tooling as a core part of the development process, applying judgment to validate their output.

Requirements

• Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to reason through novel problems without a reference implementation.
• Excellent software engineering experience with backend systems and infrastructure.
• A track record of owning and shipping production systems.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in at least one systems programming language.
• Fluency with AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools.
• Genuine interest in inference and AI infrastructure.
