AI, Data & Technology Associate (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $90,000 per year for the Chicago, IL office.

What you will do

• Deliver advisory and implementation services addressing client business, operational, process, and technology needs.
• Help build solutions leveraging AI engineering, data engineering, and data science.
• Assess client technology environments against industry best practices and maturity model frameworks.
• Develop recommendations, business cases, process improvement analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support application package selection, solution design, implementation planning, proposals, and client presentations.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, financial models, budgets, and other assessments to produce meaningful insights.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, computer engineering, informatics, management information systems, AI, data science, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Demonstrated digital fluency, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to use technology, data, and basic AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex team environments, understand current and future-state processes, and analyze client needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available. Ability to travel to client sites on short notice and work additional hours as needed is required.
