Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance supply chain dashboards and reports using Omni, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, and Looker.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, operations, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to improve OTIF, fill rates, shrink, location accuracy, inventory turnover, and productivity.
• Extract, clean, structure, and validate data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and external vendor systems.
• Automate reporting and support cost optimization through spend analysis, demand forecasting, and improved freight and distribution strategies.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while supporting compliance with GMP, FDA, GDP, and related industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools such as Omni, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, or Looker.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics KPIs, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Exposure to machine learning applications in supply chain forecasting.
