Senior Business Analyst (ERP/Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $70/hr on W-2

What you will do

• Lead workshops with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
• Create process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• Perform target and data mapping to support enterprise ERP implementation.
• Analyze and write SQL queries to support data transformation efforts.
• Facilitate consensus between business leadership and technology teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation.
• SME-level expertise with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments.
• Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in SQL and data mapping.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
