Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Support presales, RFP and RFI responses, proposal development, effort estimates, delivery approaches, and supply chain consulting offerings.
• Lead or support client discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions across supply chain functions.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and define future-state processes and operating models.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and technical teams on solution design, integrations, data requirements, testing, deployment planning, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics.
• Facilitate client discussions, design sessions, executive readouts, and stakeholder decision-making across business and technology teams.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge across areas such as demand and supply planning, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, transportation, order management, or supply chain design.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with client-facing consulting engagements, presales, proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP APO, or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies such as Visio, Lucidchart, Python, SQL, machine learning, and AI.

Nice to have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP, SCCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Advanced supply chain certification level, with Expert preferred.
